I was feeling down today, so I went to Barnes and Noble and bought two books that looked interesting. Why do I do this to myself? I have two novels to read by next Wednesday (On the Road, which I've read before, and The Ice Storm, which I haven't). Do I really think I am going to find the time to read this anytime soon?
I should count the number of books I have in the house that I haven't read.
On second thought, I don't think I want to know.
