I'll admit to being more than a little freaked out. Plus we'll get to learn about all kinds of fun projects like installing carpet and wood flooring (right now it's all ceramic tile--they do that in the South sometimes), building a deck, creating a garden and garden path, spending every cent I have and several that I don't.
But I have to say, I'm really excited. I think it's going to be great.
